# api.insure

The demand rail an agent calls when insurance work reaches a reserved step:
open work (FNOL intake, file assembly, coverage analysis, estimate review)
runs agent-native, reserved acts land on licensed authority, and the pending
state is typed PENDING_ADJUSTER, never an untyped stall. Substrate:
`insurance` (NAICS 524; ACORD document grain).

All sandbox data is labeled synthetic example data (fixture law: fictional
carriers and insureds, no real claims or documents). The anonymous sandbox is
keyless and free. Bind and quote are producer-reserved acts and are ROADMAP:
not served here, not implied.
